Andromeda maintains a core group of front-line and escalation technicians who have successfully tested and been accredited by Microsoft in all of the following specialties:
- Azure Network Engineer Associate —IT professional who specializes in designing, implementing, managing, and securing network solutions in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
- MS Azure Administrator Associate —IT professional responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including:
- Managing Azure subscriptions and resources (VM's, storage accounts, resource groups)
- Deploying and managing virtual machines (VM's)

- Azure Virtual Desktop Specialist —IT professional who designs, deploys, manages, and supports virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) using Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- MS Azure Solution Architect Expert —Experienced IT professionals who lead the design decisions for complex cloud deployments — across compute, network, storage, security, and governance.
Ruckus Technical Certifications
Andromeda is accredited under the Ruckus Big Dogs Certification Program at the "ELITE Combo" level (wired and wireless) for CWNA and RCNA:
- CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator) —a vendor-neutral certification that covers the fundamentals of wireless networking technologies, standards, and best practices. Assessed skills include: understanding of WLAN fundamentals, operation, management, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- RCNA (Ruckus Certified Networking Associate). —a certification focused on Ruckus ICX routing and switching products, assessing skills in design, deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Ruckus ICX solutions.
Certification: Requires passing a proctored exam through CommScope RUCKUS.
