- Changes in our email address, web address, and other communication channels will be implemented sometime in March.
We're the same company with the same ownership, the same leadership team, and the same people supporting your business every day. Your services, contracts, contacts, and commitments remain exactly the same.
First, it was time. We've been using the same logo and branding since 2004, and it no longer reflects who we are today.
Secondly, most of our clients already refer to us as "Andromeda". This update aligns our name with how we’re known and how we operate.
- Company Name: You will begin to see the name "Andromeda Technology Solutions" disappearing immediately and being replaced with simply "Andromeda".
- Logo: Our new logo images are appearing here already and will be replaced on all our public facing materials and communications over the next several weeks.
- Web domain/address: This change is projected to be rolled out by Q2 of 2026. We will notify you in email and update this FAQ item when it's official. But your access here at "Andromeda-Tech-Solutions.com" will not be disrupted; it will simply forward you to the new domain address for an extended transition period. This will allow ample time to update browser bookmarks, online business references to get updated, and so on.
- Email address domains: The timing of this change should align with the website change. Again, you will be notified by email when the actual conversion occurs and this FAQ item will be updated as well.
