Before we get to work - make sure to look this over

  • This form is for Existing Customers. If you are not yet a client of Andromeda, call (815) 836-0030 for assistance.
  • If this is an Emergency - please call (815) 836-0030. That is the fastest way to get help.
  • If you are trying to schedule a site visit - please contact your account manager or call our main line to be connected to your account team. This form submits tickets to your service desk for remote help.
  • Andromeda strives to respond to a Help Desk request within one business day for non-critical issues. For critical issues, we will make best efforts to respond within one (1) hour. (Service Desk hours are 7am to 6pm, M-F)

Important Note

Once you’ve submitted your ticket request, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This should occur within a few minutes of clicking SUBMIT.

If you do NOT see this email confirmation, please call our offices at (815) 836-0030 and request to speak with the service desk. There is a chance your ticket wasn’t submitted correctly.
